About Carrie
Carrie Berger, M.Ed., A.C.C.C., is the Founder and President of CB Coaching and Consulting, LLC. As a Consultant and an Associate Certified Career Coach, Carrie has experience working with individuals and small businesses in the areas of business development, marketing, event management, career coaching, sponsorship sales, client relations, and human resources.
Carrie is able to tailor her approach to the specific needs of each client, in part due to her work experience before starting her own company. Her work experience includes positions within a sports marketing and entertainment company, advertising agency, non-profit organization, and training and development company.
Carrie also serves as a faculty member at both Salem State University and Lasell University.
Carrie received her B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; her M.Ed. in Organizational Management from Endicott College; and her Career Coaching Certification from Career Coach Institute.

CB Coaching and Consulting, LLC provides coaching services to individuals and groups. As an Associate Certified Career Coach, Carrie Berger works with clients to identify their professional needs, set goals and create an action plan that is designed to help them reach their full career potential.

CB Coaching and Consulting, LLC (CBCC) works with entrepreneurs starting their own business and small business owners who want to grow their existing business. CBCC partners with the client(s) to learn about the business, create goals, objectives and an action plan with a timeline to be reviewed regularly during the project. CBCC provides coaching and consulting from development to implementation.
CB Coaching and Consulting, LLC develops an individual project plan that is tailored specifically to the needs and goals of each client. In developing the plan, CBCC works with clients to:

CB Coaching and Consulting, LLC works with small businesses to create a program plan and develop and implement programming. The program plan will include competitive analysis, strategies to reach the target audience, and marketing and advertising strategies.
Website and Social Media
CB Coaching and Consulting, LLC works with small businesses to create awareness of services and/or products by creating an online presence with the website development and social media strategies. CBCC works with a team of professionals to represent the business brand online.
